Repairing a 1920s Child’s Wicker Rocker

We live on what is referred to in Germany as a priority road. Essentially, it's the main street through our village. It's a busy street that takes travelers to the autobahn, or residents to their homes from the autobahn. We are the ones that get "please sweep your sidewalk" notes from the "street nazis" and parking tickets for tires on the sidewalks. It's all part of living on a priority road. There is a sense of responsibility, and direction, and excitement on the street where we live.
